		<description>&lt;p&gt;You really don&#8217;t get to see such craftsmanship in the States. I&#8217;ve really missed seeing these displays at the front of restaurants. &#8230; I know it&#8217;s hokey, but I was super excited to see them again when I recently visited Japantown in San Francisco. Almost all of the restaurants there have these plastic food displays &#8230; except Beni-hana.  (Go figure.)&lt;/p&gt;
