There has already been criticisms raised at the Hello Kitty Credit Card - see this post for the full analysis!
I love the quote

“I’d just love to know the person who thought this up and to say, ‘Are you nuts? What on earth are credit companies doing soliciting young kids to get a credit card?’”

It does seem rather strange!
But I am not sure that Hello Kitty lovers are limited just to young kids – there seems to be a thriving market of more mature fans for Hello Kitty.
