Japan Service

Japan is well-known for its service. Bows, smiles and at the station … free tissues are all part of the service culture. But who would have thought that robots could be trained to work this culture too…..?

Do you ever read the leaflet in the free pack of tissues?
Or are you just pleased to get a free pack of tissues for your handbag or pocket?
