Japanese Muffins

Do you have a favourite bakery in Japan?
A popular chain store is Kobe-ya, another favourite is Saint Marc.

Japanese bakeries are wonderful places for finding a variety of breads with typical Japanese innovation. At the moment there are some great halloween style ideas. Yum … But my choice for afternoon tea today was these muffins.
