Individually wrapped Dear biscuits are great unless you have a really grumpy 3 year old who decides she is going to eat the whole box!!!

And mine is 3 today too!

Then there are posters about reducing rubbish, has anyone actually paid attention to the amount of excessive packaging and outright lying going on?

How many biscuits would fit in that box if they weren’t individually wrapped?
How much smaller would the box be if they didn’t wrap the biscuits in cutesy-wootsy plastic annoyances?

Haagen-Dazed ice cream lollies are the worst though. The promise of that GREAT BIG choco-ice thing
on the cover turns into a reality barely even half the size of the ENORMOUS box. -.-!

From a selfish personal perspective … I love the convenient individual wrapping … it makes it so easy to carry a snack for the grumpy 3 year old in a handbag…. but from an eco friendly perspective … the cutesy box and extra plastic is not helpful or thoughtful at all … you are right !!!!

the biscuit companies and other confectioners should be looking at alternative packaging that is more ecological …. thanks Bunny good comment
