Washing Hands and Drying

Since the outbreak of swine flu the message has been quite clear …. masks…. and lots more washing and drying hands – I even heard someone talk about the importance of ‘social distancing’ to avoid infection. Ummm right! We are all going to end up in isolation. Anyway here are some nice ideas for towels around the house. I found them in a department store. There are two different designs.

The bright colour towelling is great but it is also a thick quality towelling which gives it a quality look and finish.

Another design is one which allows you to remove the towel skirt for easy washing.

There were many different colours and designs to chose from – I just thought I would pick up on the trend of the day – that is washing and drying hands in these swine flu panic days – with the story of my Japanese hand towels. Reporting from my kitchen rather than pulling memories out of the kimonobox for once! Enjoy!
