Yoko Ono has been presented with a Mojo award for lifetime achievement. The Mojo award has come in a successful week. Her song I’m not Getting Enough topped the US club charts for the fifth time. She also received the Gold Lion award for her achievements at the Venice Biennale.

Yoko Ono is known for her work as an avant-garde artist and musician. As such, she is accredited with constantly pushing the boundaries and experimenting with her music.

She is quoted as saying,

Thank you very much for this incredible accolade. I feel blessed that, after so many years and decades, my work is getting recognition in such a diverse way. John would have been very proud of me tonight. Thank you!
